Investigation Details: Snug Harbor's Governor's House, Staten Island, NY
As one of the EPIC investigators, Jason, was doing a video log entry he spoke about the events that had happened throughout the night. During his speech, what was captured on audio sounded almost eerie when listened upon analysis. Although no one had audibly with their ears heard this, the recorders captured a strange merry-go-round like chimes.
